As the leader of the Bakurocho Band, a folk music unit that starts from scratch, he makes music, builds instruments, and does field work on music and traditional arts in various regions. In addition to live performances, he also creates animation and film music, theater stage performances, dance accompaniment, and mural painting.
He is also touring around Japan for solo performances of musical picture-story shows that combine music with picture-story shows and animation.
